When i was at a art exhibition i saw this maquette of a small town. The trees in this town were made of metal wires. I took a picture of it and completely forgot about it.
A few years later i was doing an internship at Polder Animation. There i had the freedom to make and explore things with their guidance.
Thinking of what i wanted i wanted to make that picuture suddenly came to mind and i decided to create my own version of a metal wire tree.
I love how it turned out. The spimplicity of the design and materials i used. It's also a great little project to create cool macro shots.
