Inspired by the great work of Piet Mondriaan,
One of my favorite art movements must be The Style, also known as Neoplasticism. Pioneerd by artists Theo van Doesburg and Piet Mondriaan. Proponents of The Style advocated pure abstraction and universality by a reduction to the essentials of form and colour; they simplified visual compositions to vertical and horizontal, using only black, white and primary colors.
I never made anything purely in that style and i don't know if i ever will. But i do love to use it in my work.
